Should death penalty be ended in the United States?
Death penalty does deter crimes in the United States in some way,but it still should come to an end because it is against human rights of the criminals,espeicially those innocent ones, and it wastes money on killers instead of victims.
This thesis statement is perfect.I don't think you should change.
