I disagree with the idea that kids start to learn foreign language earlier. Recently, Japanese board of education decided to advance the year to teach English. Before the decision, students in Japan start to learn English from junior high school. The announcement said students start from elementary school first~second grade of 6 grades. Some people agree with this decision. They claim Japanese people are poor at using English. Thus, students must begin to learn English earlier. On the other hand, some people disagree with the decision. They assert it is too early. Students haven't mastered their own language, Japanese, yet. The decision will have bad influences on both Japanese and English education.
Through this writing, I'd like to learn the best age to study foreign language. In addition, to compare other country with Japan, I'd like to learn good points and bad points that Japanese education of foreign language has.

Topic proposal
Here is a general controversy and contention nowadays on this topic whether people should trust their first impression of a person or not? I had to say this problem sure is a dilemma. To some degrees, a deluge of people who hold the viewpoint that these judgments based on the first impression are, for the most part, right. However, about the same problem, other people believe that we need more time to find out a person instead of just make decision through the first glance, because that is unfair to the person who are not very good at give a good impression at the first time.
As far as I am concern, to judge a person need more time and the first impressions are usually undependable. And, I will find more information through my later on research to support my argument.
Well, about the research, I never done thing like this, so, I really interested in this research, I am looking forward to do this research and hopefully I can learn some useful tips for my future study. Also, I hope I can find more information to support my idea and show people who consider the first impressions are very important to a person, I want to let them know the first impressions are usually undependable!

From my point of view,I really think that children should be sent to study abroad for they can becoming more and more dependent. Other that,I also consider that children who study abroad can get in touch with the modernest knowledge in the world.
In my paper,I want to use some statistics to explain my opinions.

Plastic Surgery is dangerous
A huge amount of people in the modern society does plastic surgery to make themselves perfect. Certainly, after doing plastic surgery, people will be attractive and cover flaws as well. Nevertheless, it will cause several ghastly effects after the plastic surgery. One of the most important is that they will suffer patient for a long time to restore, and also, they should protect themselves and keep pretty though others ways, such as drugs and operation. Moreover, it still exist risk. People should tolerate failure of surgery after they paid a great deal of money. The health regulator in Washington in April 6 estimated that up to 93 percent of silicone breast implants ruptures within ten years. How terrible the statistic is! It is only a small part of statistic about failure of plastic surgery. Consequently, it is worthless to do plastic surgery in order to make body a little better.
